For this project carried out for a façade contractor, TPS handled the complete manufacture of the façade elements, from 2 mm aluminium sheets.
The sheets are perforated with the R60U90 pattern, then processed according to the project drawings: bends, end returns, longitudinal folds and corner pieces with specific geometry.
TPS also included powder coating in the service, with a Gris 2500 Sablé YW 358F finish on both sides, applied by our network of specialist partners.
The customer thus entrusts us with the whole project and receives finished elements, compliant with its drawings and ready to be installed on site.
