Our aim: to supply a compliant, repeatable part that is ready to go into your production.
We handle the main steps needed to manufacture your part: laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly and, where required, surface treatment.
Our expertise covers everything from one-off parts to large-series production, with a level of inspection suited to the requirements of your application.
Integrated offer
TPS can take on all or part of the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished part.
Depending on your product definition, we can integrate every operation needed to manufacture your part: laser cutting, complex shapes, drilling and technical cut-outs, preparation of parts before bending, bending, forming subject to study, TIG and MIG/MAG welding, assembly, deburring and finishing operations, surface treatment to specification, final inspection and bespoke packaging.
This organisation limits the number of supplier interfaces and keeps the different manufacturing steps consistent.

Processes
Laser cutting produces complex geometries with good repeatability and limits secondary operations.
It is used in particular for complex contours, openings and windows, holes, technical cut-outs, and parts intended for bending or requiring high dimensional repeatability.
Where the specification requires it, the cut characteristics can be defined and checked against the applicable standard.
Bending turns cut blanks into three-dimensional parts ready to be assembled or fitted into your equipment.
Manufacturing takes into account the material and its behaviour, thickness, rolling direction where necessary, bend radii, springback, bending sequence, dimensional and angular tolerances and the overall geometry of the part.
The aim is a repeatable part that conforms to the drawing, while controlling the deformation inherent in the bending process.
TPS can integrate welding into the manufacturing process to supply sub-assemblies or complete parts.
The main processes offered are TIG and MIG/MAG, depending on the material, thickness, geometry and required level of finish.
Assemblies can undergo dimensional and visual checks suited to the product requirements.
When the application requires it, TPS can include surface treatment in the supply of the part.
Where general requirements are set by the customer, they can refer to the standards applicable to cut, bent or welded parts.
FAQ
Yes.
TPS can study the manufacture of a part from a 2D drawing, a CAD file, a specification or a sample.
Yes.
TPS can handle a single operation or take on several steps through to delivery of the finished part.
Yes.
Cutting, bending and welding can be combined in a single manufacturing process to supply a part or sub-assembly that is ready to fit.
Yes.
Depending on the treatment required, TPS can include this operation in the overall supply of the part, working with specialist partners suited to the project requirements.
Yes.
TPS can study one-off requirements, prototypes, and small, medium and large series.
Inspection is defined according to the product requirements.
Checks can be dimensional, geometric, visual or functional, according to the drawing, the specification and the applicable standards.
Yes.
Tolerances are defined according to the requirements of the drawing or specification. Where general tolerances apply, the corresponding standard can be included in the part definition.
