Our customer, a French designer and manufacturer of bakery and pastry equipment, builds our perforated sheets into the design of its equipment.
TPS sources the bright annealed stainless steel directly and carries out the C5U8 perforation, incorporating perforated and unperforated zones defined to measure according to the functional and aesthetic constraints of the product.
The perforation geometry remains standard, but its layout on the sheet is entirely tailored to the customer’s needs: zone dimensions, positioning, alternation of perforated and solid areas… Each part is thus designed to fit precisely into the final equipment.
This approach makes it possible to combine functionality and aesthetics: the perforated zones can meet air or flow circulation needs while contributing to the design and overall look of the equipment.
Bright annealed stainless steel provides a consistent, attractive finish, particularly well suited to professional equipment that is visible and subject to durability and cleaning requirements.
TPS handles material sourcing and bespoke perforation, then delivers the sheets to the specified dimensions. Our customer then carries out their forming and integration into its equipment.
